The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Standards indicate that conventional and specialized transit services in the same area need to offer the same fare paying options to all customers regardless of whether they use conventional or specialized services by January 1, 2013.

As of July 1, 2012 Grand River Transit will offer same fare paying options to MobilityPLUS customers and  MobilityPLUS tickets will no longer be available after July 1, 2012.

Choose the payment method that suits you best.

Cash:

You and your attendant or companion can pay with exact cash, tickets or a pass. Drivers do not sell tickets or make change, so purchase a pass or tickets before you board the bus.

Tickets or Passes:

Tickets and Monthly Passes can be purchased at our Terminals and at independent retailers throughout Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge.

Taxi:

If you take a taxi, you can pay the fare with MobilityPLUS TaxiSCRIP.
