Request Stop

In the evening, riders travelling alone can request an alternate stop location along a bus route. Operators will do their best to accommodate requests to exit the bus at a stop that is not a regular bus stop.

The bus operator will not go off route to satisfy a request. However, the operator will select the safest stop location closest to the requested area.

How to request a stop

• Request a Stop is available seven days a week, from dusk or 9 p.m. (whichever is earlier) and continues until the evening service ends.
• Please give the operator advance notice of your requested stop area.
• To meet your request, the bus operator will stop at a location deemed to be safe.
• For added security, please exit by the front doors.

Note: This program does not apply to the iXpress route, which makes limited stops and travels along a highway.
