Terminal Clerks at the Charles Street Terminal also sell tickets and provides scheduling information GO Transit.
Terminal clerks do not sell tickets or provide scheduling information for Greyhound. GRT customers can buy greyhound tickets on the bus platform at the Charles Street Terminal from a greyhound representative. For scheduling information please contact Greyhound directly.

To purchase a Coach Canada student fare you must be a full-time student and provide the following identification at time of purchase and when boarding the bus.:
Birth certificate for students up to age 14
Valid student identification card for students 15+
International Student Identity Card
If you do not have proper student identification, you must be able to prove you are over 12 years of age to travel independently and will be charged an adult fare.
To purchase a Coach Canada senior fare the following identification is required:
Proof of age 60+
Inter-city tickets can be purchased at the upper level sales counters at the Charles St. Transit Terminal and at the Ainslie St. Transit Terminal.
The buses do not have reserved seating and are filled on a first come first served basis.
To avoid disappointment when purchasing inter-city tickets we recommend that you arrive 45 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure time. Some purchases can be very time consuming. Customers are served on a first come, first serve basis. When the ticket office is closed, you may purchase your ticket from the driver as long as you have the exact money.
