GRT Customer Service Agents at the Charles and Ainslie Street Terminals sell tickets and provide departure times for Coach Canada/Mega Bus. Coach Canada/Mega Bus departs from both the Charles and Ainslie Street Terminals throughout the week.
Customer Service Agents at the Charles Street Terminal also sell tickets and provides departure times for GO Transit. GO Transit buses now depart from both the Charles and Ainslie Street Terminals, however only Charles Street Terminal Customer Service Agents sell tickets for Go Transit. In Cambridge, customers can buy tickets from the GO Transit bus operator at the point of departure. Go Transit schedules are available at the Charles Street Terminal.
Customer Service Agents do not sell tickets or provide scheduling information for Greyhound. GRT customers can buy greyhound tickets on the bus platform at the Charles Street Terminal from a greyhound representative.

To purchase a Coach Canada student fare you must be a full-time student and provide the following identification at time of purchase and when boarding the bus.:
Birth certificate for students up to age 14
Valid student identification card for students 15+
International Student Identity Card
If you do not have proper student identification, you must be able to prove you are over 12 years of age to travel independently and will be charged an adult fare.
To purchase a Coach Canada senior fare the following identification is required:
Proof of age 60+
Inter-city tickets can be purchased at the upper level sales counters at the Charles St. Transit Terminal and at the Ainslie St. Transit Terminal.
The buses do not have reserved seating and are filled on a first come first served basis.
To avoid disappointment when purchasing inter-city tickets we recommend that you arrive 45 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure time. Some purchases can be very time consuming. Customers are served on a first come, first serve basis. When the ticket office is closed, you may purchase your ticket from the driver as long as you have the exact money.
