Requesting a Stop

During evening hours, riders travelling alone can request an alternate stop location along a bus route. The Request-a-Stop program enables riders to get off at a location other than a regular bus stop. Drivers do their best to accommodate stop requests.

Although the bus will not go off -route to accommodate a request, the driver will select the safest stop location closest to the requested area.

• Request-a-Stop is available every day from dusk or 9:00 p.m., whichever is earlier, until the end of evening service.
• Please advise the driver well in advance of reaching the requested stop area.
• The driver will stop at a location deemed to be safe.
• For added security, please exit by the front door.

Note: This program is not available on iXpress because that route features limited stops and travels along a highway.
