Please note for your out-of-town trip:
Inter-city tickets can be purchased at the upper level sales counters at the Charles St. Transit Terminal and at the Ainslie St. Transit Terminal.
The buses do not have reserved seating and are filled on a first come first served basis.
To avoid disappointment when purchasing inter-city tickets we recommend that you arrive 45 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure time. Some purchases can be very time consuming. Customers are served on a first come, first serve basis. When the ticket office is closed, you may purchase your ticket from the driver as long as you have the exact money.
Please remember that December is our busiest month for parcel shipments - we will do our best to process these as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience as we serve all GRT and inter-city customers as thoroughly and efficiently as possible.
