MobilityPLUS phone lines are unavailable Thursday and Friday between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Booking Rides
When you call to book a ride, you will need to tell us the following information:
- Your name and I.D. number
- The date you require transportation
- Your exact pick-up address
- Your exact drop-off address
- The time you want to arrive at your destination
- The time you want to return
- Whether you will be accompanied by an attendant or companion
- What mobility device (if any) will be used
Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time and be prepared to wait 15 minutes past your pick-up time. This allows us to accommodate as many customers as possible.
Just a friendly reminder that mornings are the busiest time for phone calls (especially Mondays). Please be patient or call later in the day or on the weekend.
Future Bookings
- Recreational and personal trips may be booked with a minimum of two (2) weekdays notice and a maximum of seven (7) days notice. Rides for Saturday, Sunday and Monday must be booked by Thursday.
- Medical, educational and employment trips may be booked with a minimum of two (2) weekdays notice and up to 28 days notice.
Subscription Bookings
A subscription booking is a permanently scheduled ride when the day, time, pick-up and drop-off locations remain the same. This is available for employment, post-secondary education and medical appointments.
