MobilityPLUS phone lines are unavailable Thursday and Friday between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.


Booking Rides
When you call to book a ride, you will need to tell us the following information:

  1. Your name and I.D. number
  2. The date you require transportation
  3. Your exact pick-up address
  4. Your exact drop-off address
  5. The time you want to arrive at your destination
  6. The time you want to return
  7. Whether you will be accompanied by an attendant or companion
  8. What mobility device (if any) will be used

Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time and be prepared to wait 15 minutes past your pick-up time. This allows us to accommodate as many customers as possible.

Just a friendly reminder that mornings are the busiest time for phone calls (especially Mondays). Please be patient or call later in the day or on the weekend.



Future Bookings
  • Recreational and personal trips may be booked with a minimum of two (2) weekdays notice and a maximum of seven (7) days notice. Rides for Saturday, Sunday and Monday must be booked by Thursday.
  • Medical, educational and employment trips may be booked with a minimum of two (2) weekdays notice and up to 28 days notice.


Subscription Bookings
A subscription booking is a permanently scheduled ride when the day, time, pick-up and drop-off locations remain the same. This is available for employment, post-secondary education and medical appointments.
