Stuff a bus with food bank donations!

Help us fill a bus and fill the shelves at the Food Bank of Waterloo Region and Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank this holiday season!

Drop off your food and cash donations from 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 22 until 6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24 at:

• Cambridge Centre Zehrs, 400 Conestoga Blvd, Cambridge
• Laurentian Zehrs, 750 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener

Most needed food items: 

• Peanut butter or other sandwich spreads
• Canned fruit
• Rice
• Canned meat & fish
• Pasta sauce
• Dry beans
• Hot and cold cereal
• Stew, chili and soup
• Beans in sauce
• Canned vegetables
• Jarred baby food
• Nut free snacks for school lunches
