If you are filming, whether for a personal project, school assignment or a business, you must have permission from Grand River Transit to show GRT buses or logos in the film.

Permission must also be obtained if any images of GRT property will be printed in books or promotional pamphlets.

You will be asked to complete an authorization form, detailing what the film or book is about and the reason images of GRT property would be needed.
