In July 2025, some members of the Transit Customer Panel received their first survey. 118 panelists completed the survey providing feedback for our 2027 bus order.
Panelists were in favour of:
- Sturdier bike racks to hold e-bikes
- Fabric bus seats
- Identifying priority seating with a distinct seat colour
- On-board digital information screens

What’s in it for you?

Watch for surveys: Surveys will land in your inbox from time to time. You may not be asked to complete every survey.
