The EasyGO fare card is available at the terminals now.
The EasyGO fare card is a reusable plastic smart card that will make paying your fares faster, easier and more secure. The EasyGO fare card will be accepted on GRT's family of services, including ION light rail.
The EasyGO fare card has many benefits, including the convenience to add value on your card in person or online, balance protection when registered to ensure your money is safe if your card is ever lost or stolen, and the flexibility to load one or more GRT fare products on your card to suit your needs.
What type of card do you need?
When picking up your card, staff will assist you to determine the type of card you need. The card type determines the fare you can load on your EasyGO fare card. GRT's EasyGO fare card is also available with accessibility features for customers with visual impairments.
A special accessibility 'flag' can be added to any EasyGO fare card for customers who need more time to read messages displayed on the farebox and other devices.

Available only to those who show proof of eligibility for reduced fares and special fare programs. Some concession cards are personalized with the user's photo. The EasyGO fare card is also available with text in Braille and a notch in the side for those who are visually impaired. |

The card can be loaded with stored value or GRT passes in person or online by creating a My EasyGO account. In future, you will be able to conveniently reload your EasyGO fare card at select retailers or at fare vending machines located at ION stops and terminals within our service area.
When you're ready to ride, simply tap the EasyGO fare card on the blue target located on the farebox or ION platform card reader and be on your way.
