There are several ways to check the balance on your EasyGO fare card.

At the farebox

Every time you tap your card on the farebox to pay your fare, it displays your payment information. If you pay with a pass, it will show the pass type and the expiry date of your pass.

If you pay with stored value, the farebox displays your card type, the fare paid, and the balance remaining on your card. In the example shown below, the "SV" indicates a stored value payment, senior is the card type, the fare paid was $2.40, and the remaining balance on the card is $7.77.

In person

You can check your balance in person by visiting GRT customer service.

Online

If you have registered your card and created a My EasyGO Web Account, you can check your balance and transaction history online

In the future, you will be able to check your balance and transaction history at fare vending machines at ION stops and other transit stations.

Checking your transaction history

Your transaction history is a record of the where you've tapped your card to pay your fare, and any loads of fare products. If you have registered your card, you can access your previous 100 transactions. If your card is not registered, you can access your previous 10 transactions.

If you have created a My EasyGO Web Account, you can access your transaction history online by logging into your account. You can also check your transaction history in person by visiting GRT customer service.
