MyEasyGO website issue

Due to a system issue, the My EasyGO website and GRT Customer Service Centres have limited access to verify fare card balances or see recent transactions. This is also impacting the ability to resolve fare related questions raised through our customer feedback form. Fare vending machines are not impacted, transactions can still be completed and fare card balances and history can be checked. 

If you choose the ‘Balance/history’ button online, you will see the message ‘error reading transactions’ after several minutes. To check your balance or see the purchase history, click the ‘Show products’ button.

If you require additional details on when you tapped your card to pay a fare, you can check the history at a fare vending machine by placing your fare card in the card holder and choosing ‘Card details and history’.

Freeport Bridge weight restriction detours 

Due to weight restrictions on Freeport Bridge, Route 206 will be on detour starting Tuesday, April 16 until further notice. Route 27 will detour to provide service on King Street between Fairway Rd. and GRH – Freeport Campus. View details on the Detours page.
