If you're travelling outside Waterloo Region, you can use GRT to connect directly with GO Transit, VIA Rail, and other intercity buses.

GO Transit

GO is a commuter rail and bus service serving the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.

In Kitchener, GO buses and trains depart from the Kitchener GO Station at Weber / Victoria. GO buses also stop at Weber / Queen, Weber / College, Weber / Eastwood Collegiate Institute, and Sportsworld Station.

In Waterloo, GO buses depart from University of Waterloo Station and University Ave. / Wilfrid Laurier University.

In Cambridge, GO buses depart from the Cambridge Smart Centre and Hespeler / Pinebush. Visit the GO Transit website for schedules

VIA Rail

VIA is the national rail service, serving various destinations across Canada. VIA trains depart from the Kitchener Train Station.

GRT routes 4, 6, 8, 34, and 204 also stop within walking distance of the station. View the bus connection map.

Flixbus

Bus service operating between Kitchener-Waterloo and Toronto. Buses depart from stop 4007 on Seagram Dr., opposite Laurier-Waterloo Park Station and stop 3226, on Victoria St. at Central Station. Visit the Flixbus website for schedules

Perth County Connect

PC Connect is a pilot bus service operated by the County of Perth and the City of Stratford. It connects Perth County, Stratford, Kitchener-Waterloo and London.

PC Connect operates Monday-Saturday. For route and schedule information, trip booking, fares and more information about the service, visit perthcounty.ca/pcconnect. PC Connect fares are not valid on GRT; you'll need to pay a fare to transfer to GRT buses and trains.
