Winter holiday service

• Route 301 ION light rail: Service every 30 minutes until approximately 10 p.m.
• Routes 7, 51, 201, 302: Service every 30 minutes until approximately 6 p.m.
• Routes 1, 6, 8, 12, 55, 56, 59, 60, 61, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206: Service every 60 minutes until approximately 6 p.m.

• Holiday service, except Route 302 ION Bus, which will run on a Saturday schedule. Holiday service is noted on all route schedules.

• Extended service on routes 7, 8, 12, 51, 201, 202, 204, 205, 206, 301 and 302.
  
• Route 301: last trains depart Conestoga Station at 12:40 a.m. and Fairway Station at 1 a.m.
• Additional New Year's Eve service has been added to trip planning tools. Plan your trip before you go.

• Holiday service. Holiday service is noted on all route schedules.

• Route 8: The following trips are removed:
  • 7:15 a.m. trip from Weber/Ottawa to King/University
  • 2:15 p.m. trip from Fairway Station to Central Station
  • 2:25 p.m. trip from Weber/Ottawa to Fairway Station.
• Route 9: Mid-day service reduced from every 15 minutes to every 30 minutes.
• Route 10: Mid-day and peak service reduced from every 15 minutes to every 30 minutes. Route 10A trips removed.
• Route 12: The following trips are removed: 
  • 7:45, 8:45, 9:15, 9:45 and 10:36 a.m. trips from Ottawa/Westmount to King/University  
  • 5:45 p.m. trip from Fairway Station.

• Route 13:

  • Morning peak service reduced to every 15 minutes.
  • Midday service reduced from every 15 to every 30 minutes.
  • Evening peak service reduced to every 30 minutes between University of Waterloo and Laurelwood/Erbsville.

• Route 19: Peak service reduced to every 15 minutes. Mid-day and evening service reduced to every 30 minutes. 

• Route 29: 
  • Extra trips at 7:54, 8:24, 8:54, 9:24, and 9:53 a.m. between Lincoln/Bluevale and University of Waterloo removed.
  • Extra trips at 7:45, 8:10, 8:40, 9:10, and 9:40 a.m. between Keats Way/Fischer-Hallman and University/King removed.
  • Extra trips at 2:47, 3:17, 3:47, 4:17 4:47 and 5:17 p.m. between University of Waterloo and Lincoln/Weber removed.
• Route 30: Mid-day service reduced from every 15 minutes to every 30 minutes.
• Route 31: The following trips are removed:
  • 8:11, 9:11 and 9:41 a.m. trips from Columbia/King to University of Waterloo/Columbia.

• Route 61: Mid-day and peak service reduced from every 15 minutes to every 30 minutes between Preston Parkway and Conestoga College.

• Route 110: No service.
• Route 201: The following trips are removed:
  • 6:56 and 7:12 a.m. trips from Fischer-Hallman/Ottawa to Conestoga College Doon Campus.
  • 7:39, 7:55, 8:13 and 8:29 a.m. trips from Strasburg/Block Line to Conestoga College Doon Campus.
• Route 202: Extra trips at 7:45, 8:15, 8:45, 9:15, and 9:44 a.m. between Erb/Westmount and University/Hazel removed.

• Route 203: Peak and mid-day trips between Sportsworld Station and Conestoga College cancelled.

Effective Dec. 26, 2022 - Jan. 2, 2022 the following trips are also removed:

• Route 8: 2:28 p.m. trip from Weber/Ottawa to Fairway Station.
• Route 13: 2:38 p.m. trip from Laurelwood/Erbsville to The Boardwalk.
• Route 201: 2:31 p.m. trip from Fischer-Hallman/Erb to Block Line Station.

• Christmas Eve, Saturday, Dec. 24: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• Christmas Day, Sunday, Dec. 25: closed
• Boxing Day, Monday, Dec. 26: closed
• New Year's Eve, Saturday, Dec. 31: 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• New Year's Day, Sunday, Jan. 1: Closed

Effective Monday, Jan. 2, customer service at Ainslie Street Terminal will be open 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. Weekends and holidays: 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
